Good caretakers

What makes a good caretaker? No targetting current caretakers please.

A good Caretaker (don't shoot me, I'm just voicing my opinion) is helpful when someone asks them questions. A good Caretaker knows what they're doing, and is nice to newbies who need help, yet doesn't take crap from people who intend to purposely bother them with pesky questions. A good Caretaker knows when to be stern in punishment and not biased in their decisions. That is the end of my statement because I can't remember what I was going to say next ;p
