Just wanted to add one note:
Please don't feel discouraged or that you aren't having your ideas read if a Caretaker doesn't post in the thread or continuously be involved in the discussion. I am personally reading every thread, and I know several of the other caretakers, notably Celeborn and Isabelle, are also trying to keep up. I don't always have time to post though, or don't necessarily have anything to add to the discussion, so I don't waste my time or yours with a "Hi, still reading, keep going!"
