Silly Question about Binding/Pet Collars

Just happened to think of this, will craft pet collars bind and if so will they bind to crafter/pet/or owner of first pet to wear the collar? I know it is a silly question but I really would like a serious answer.:)

Pet collars will not bind. Unless players succeed in wearing them ofcourse :P
