removing self from the high list

Post by lingolas »

It would be nice if we had an option to keep our names off the high list. I dont want people to know what level i'm at, how many HP i have, what my AR is, and or my reflex power... I like to the the option to be totally anonymous. Also, make it so that we can turn off our "whois" command.

If we had this, i would go RP for sure.

I agree with the part about the highscores, but I don't know what you mean about turning off your whois command.

Levels and stuff are like fame. No matter how hard you try to hide yourself, people around you will still spread rumors about you around...

"he is BIIIIG and breathes fire!" "oh really?" "yeah, we had a BBQ back then..."

Anyway, you get the idea... With the power comes the responsibility and you lose the anonymousity...

I agree with Lingolas and Nuitari on this one. I would like to be able to hide my stats.

Yes, PLAYERS could spread those rumors. Not invisible all knowing little creatures that update a score list.

After seeing Lingolas fight, or fighting against him, etc etc, I would then be able to gauge his stength, and then tell my friends, who in turn would tell OTHER friends.

This is a far more natural method.

What do you think Zenpin and his friend are actually doing when they come visit you. Talking to you, or there for your enjoyment. No, they are getting info for the High Score list.

Uh Harax, I don't think your opinion on that is valid, considering you couldn't get Zenpin's gender right and you apparently don't know his "little friend's" name.
