Loyal means if you get disarmed it appears in your inventory and not on the ground because the blade is "loyal" to you. This is handy because it means rearming is quicker and with uber mobs they sometimes have programs that disarm you and scrap the weapons that fall to the ground.
Blessed (speculation): I believe I heard Eventine say that a blessed item doesnt get damaged or cant be broken. Not sure about this one. In my opinion not really an important thing to keep in mind.
And I dont really know what youre talking about with the last one.
If you mean it shoots globules that are either red, blue or green (mb theyre all green i forgot) its a weapon that has runes and/or runeword that leaches either hp, mana or movement (not sure about the movement one). Its a rather small amount but maybe its handy for low levels.
For item invisible its important to have detect invis on for example if you died and get all the things from your corpse. You will not get the invis items if you cannot see them, and when u sac your corpse they will be gone. Nice dangerous example: Dragonscale Chokers

okay, that invis makes sense.
By shoots things i mean the description of teh weapon says
"shoots air arrows" or "shoots fire arrows"
and the weapon is a sword or something. I have never seen these weapons shoot anything, and was wondering if anyone knew how to make them shoot. On a bow it would make sense.
