Dynasty of Forcena

Post by Cyradis Khar'Del »

I all of a sudden have an urge to remember the old days. I mean, it wasn't THAT long ago that the Dynasty went to the Order. I guess this is just a section to Reminisce (I know i cant spell) Its called for! Reminiscence everyone!
>> First I'd like to start with the immies getting cranky at me & Dunny for our setups at TSQ & MSQ when the gryphon orgies were happening, which resulted in a Gryphon epidemic.
>> Don't immies know that a sign saying "DO NOT TAKE THIS SIGN AWAY IMMIES" means they can't take it away?
<<Weren't they fun times?>>
In rememberance of ATHENA!!! woot I miss her so much, but she stole her name from my song *sings a song about the greek gods*
Oh yeah.. 10 points for whoever can remember Athena's original Name
She was a He and it started with R.

pff what was i called before i named myself Silvanos, i was ridiculed because it was close to an item name. 10000 pts for that one since i changed it within an hour of being online :P Or my chosen lastname that i had until lastnames were disabled?

Moshis first alt who used to be in CoS?

Tiatza's first alt?

How many Thanes has CoS had since its founding (not Thane Ezbads) and who? (Dont answer Vogar :P)

hmm some more trivia...

what were the types of epic dungeons we used to have?
what did they look like?

how did old traps work (hint: hunting)?

which hamlet was the first one and who owns it? (not including that rogue of a player who with his divine hand built his own citadel there :P )

(not sure on this one) What was mobility called before it was named AC? (im pretty sure it was something before right?)

the amount of tokens Gerarden had before the highscore wipe?
And the initial top 3 after the highscore wipe?

Ill leave it at this for now :P

Actually.... Amazons had their hamlet first, I believe. Or both happened at the same time. Granted, I doubt Amazons' Island Hamlet was owned by one character.

I won't answer any of those trivia questions. I will however propose one or two of my own that anyone is allowed to answer.

Vogar Eol had a raffle to found CoS. How many tickets were sold, and at what price? What were the prizes? Who donated each prize? Who won each prize?

If I remember right, I think the Dynasty of Forcena swtiched almost right as I began playing a few years ago...either that or it must've just happened cause I remember tons of people talking about it. I dunno, it may just be me but it doesn't seem like there's too many people who could stand out now like some people in the past did.

You mean stand out among the swarm of newbies threatening to pull us all down into the void of eternal mediocrity? ;) At least from my perspective as a veteran, other veterans recognize other people's potential and/or the people that stand out...most of them being other veterans :) We have more newbies now but the people who stand out will usually still be veterans with a few exceptions now and then. Just cuz the newbies dont know who they are doesnt mean theyre not special, awww... :P

(Hopes this doesnt change the theme of this thread too much)

Except for the pixies and elves.... they couldn't be special if they had lobotomies.

DoF switched to OoA, around a year ago (maybe more, but definately not 2 years :P). Wasn't too long ago.

Is there a small echo going on here? ;) I think we can now all agree that OoA did in fact switch from DoF and that it was about a year ago, ie. not too long ago.

Just found my old thread again. in answer to some of silvanos' questions - lastname was Roslovin or something, and wasnt Sesmar the alt?

The thanes i can remember from CoS = Vogar, Grundar, Weemster, Hornett, Autumn, Silvanos, Canute, (we also have Weemster's alt now) ... cant remember names..Riley? Thangar? was he thane? Grummel (possibly confused with Grundar) .. yeah i have a bad memory, but am good at guessing... :D
