Morrowind Quest Help

Hi all,

I'm not sure how many of you have played Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind for XBox, but I'm stumped on a particular quest. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it...

I'm doing the quest in Ebonheart where Linus Iulus goes missing for a few years and I'm to retrieve his staff, plus any articles that are on his person. I've searched the entire Mount Kand area, including both the Cavern and Assu, but nothing. I even went as far as "cheating", but the hint I got was that it was south of both locations...I searched far and wide and, well, nothing.

Anyone have a hint? Thanks :)

Hmm, I wracked my brain to remember for you too.

One of the -Best- RPG's I have ever played tho.
With more replay value than any other Ive played.
