Bugfix patch - 12/9/06

- PVPs can only group with other PVPs
- Imms should be able to set object materials.
- pets up to level 10 can be renamed.
- all items rebind to charname/account, cant be unbound using enchant anymore.
- Complete overhaul of code, compiled under massive amounts of warning flags, if you see anything weird happening, notify an imm or write a bug report ASAP.
