Baboo Enchant Locations

I was just wondering about one little thing if I may. The physical complexity boost baboo. It is available to enchant on head,face, and insignia, but only if made of cloth. Masks, we do not enchant, and a helmet made of cloth? I would like to actually use some of these baboos to my advantage :<

No hats in tailoring? :X Wizard hats, etc.

If you're up for it post a list of baboos that you've found are unusable, so I can make sure there are enchantment skills and crafting gear for all of them. (and no I'm not making all those baboos metal).

Nope, no hats in tailoring D:. Unless I am missing something vital >.>

Some baboos are for the face. We have no craft item for the face(only eyes) and the items of mob eq used by most people for this area do not have enough enchant space to hold a baboo.

And even if we do have a mob item, I believe 'We do not know how to enchant that'

Blood baboos are only enchantable to insignias. It's utterly useless unless you have a guild of vamps.

Can we just enchant baboo on any craft items?
