Heya! Just a little update.
I've been working on a patch that addresses some of the long term bugs and bestows some improvements. Some improvements include:
- better party design and control (get your elemental to guard you from melee attacks, pets listed in party overview, etc)
- better party loot distribution.
- improved summoning spells.
- All stalkers (zenpin, hyakuhei, spaz) match the level of the person they are following, and each have their own party role (healer, frontline defender, skirmisher).
- config -stalker to disable zenpin mobs from stalking you.
- A slight mob AI improvement in selecting targets. Mobs get parties too.
- Greatly simplified character creation for new players.
It'll be ready for testing in a week or two.
Roje is working on getting more traffic to the site, and if possible the mud too. Currently about 60% of the people visiting the main site and about 45% visiting the forums decide not to venture beyond the first page. About 5% of all visitors actually reach the play page.
We're hoping to up these numbers a bit by means of making the site a tad more alluring.
Wheeee!
