encounters - easier

you may notice (some) encounters which were difficult before, now much easier, and allowing you to gain more experience for your troubles.
it will be a slow transition

I am glad something is changing with them. Nothing worse then getting the snot kicked out of you, and then IF you win the fight gaining no exp...
