Just an idea --- making dungeons (like epic dungeons), only based on a specific level?

like builder makes a tower for example
admin says ok, in this room, we will have entrance to a dungeon
admin does a dungeon create dungeon_name lowlevel highlevel dungeon_pool_#
where dungeon_pool_# is just a list of mobile names to draw from?

so an admin could make a dungeon for levels 30 to 40 and it would be a dungeon of snakes or something.

and it would look exactly like an epic dungeon, except it wouldnt adjust its level according to the player, but rather each level would be predefined by the admin.

i say go ahead and make the dungeon, i love creating mobs,rooms near my plane

So long as we don't have to remove an existing area to put it in, I think its a great idea. The more varity the better.
