unruly crafting feedback request

Since succesrate mod on unruly crafting affects many things (resource gathering, crafting, fishing, etc) I'm wondering if you guys would be willing to post your experiences with it? What are the noticable differences and consequences?
Also, since there are some prerequisites for crafting, what are the minimal crafting instruments I need to stick in a shop so all the other crafting instruments can be created by crafters?
Succesrate mods currently active:
+ Where you would normally get an special craft success you now get an exceptional craft success
+ Where you would normally get an normal craft success you now get a special craft success
+ Where you would normally get a craft failure you have 50% chance to have a normal craft success.
