Well bards are already a DAMN STRONG class.

able to wear everything, able to boost xp gain, complexity and various other attributes.

yes that is true bards are a VERY good class to have and be but usually only if it is biav or in a group because last time i tried to play a bard i was not very good at it but then again i might have just not been very good at making them.
