Severes to the torso

What if when you severed the torso or like damaged it badly that random body parts come out like...hearts, livers, lungs, etc etc?

Well if your heart falls out your AUTOMATICALLY dead.
Same With Your Lungs.
You have NO chance of living.

Maybe when they die, random internal organs come out?
Or Maybe you can Salvage it from the corpse?

i think guts would tell it all.
you sever "someone" torso!!!
then you see someone guts on the ground.
This leave some thoughs for the imagintion.
After all this is a fantasy game with magic.

Maybe when the torso is severed you destroy all the internal organs therefore you don't get any to play with

i kinda like kamsekis idea, and dourhts too, but dourht, if you can get your head cut off and live then you should be able to get your heart cut out and live
