"The Hero
A champion with a broad range of abilities.
Heroes born under this starsign are skilled in a little of everything. They are quick with a blade, skilled casters, good leaders and can even captivate an audience.
+5% magic complexity, +5 attack and +5 mobility.
Resistant to bloodloss
able to control one extra normal summon.
effect of bardic empathy doubled.
+2 charisma."

Currently hero cannot use 2 elementals even though description says they could use 'one extra normal summon'. Isn't an elemental considered a normal summon? I was thinking that it was... and only things that aren't 'normal summons' would relate to charm and animate dead.

I agree. :D
We can't have 2 elementals to help us in levelling or epicing. Which means we should be able to have 1 pet and 2 elementals. But its only during mining we can have 2 xorn elemantal to eat some of the stoneswhile mining.
Why can't we "The hero" have 2 elementals to level or epic? like its stated in the help file? :?

elementals arnt summons, they are conjures, its all in the name of the spell, 'conjure elemental' which is a nature spell, the only reason (that i can see) that xorns fall under the extra summon for hero's is the name.. 'pebblelure' lure is close to summon in a sence, conjure isnt, you make it from scratch. i dont know if im right, but thats the way i look at it. has anyone tried to summon and faeries or wolves or anything?

I respect your view but...

If you want to get technical with vocabulary, a good place to go to http://www.dictionary.com and put in 'conjure'. At the same time, you can also put in 'lure'.

Theoretically it's a summon... the real question regards to 'balance'.
