It seems that Armor can't be socketed by all runes. Obviously increasing weapon speed etc doesn't seem like the answer. But I'd be all for adding armor Runewords (And sockets to crafted armor). Nothing serious, but perhaps a 3 sockets RW that adds a +10% resistance or maybe some more dam red or something.

Also Cie should be added into armor sockets. It would rock.
