Reduce AC penalties for armor

Right now, the higher Armor Class penalties for high-epic-level metal armor makes it inferior to silk armor of equal level, which is far easier to get. Even emeralite armor is only arguably better than silk.

At low levels, the AC penalty on metal armor isn't too terribly bad, but as the level increases, the AC penalty increases rapidly and outweighs the increase in enchantment space. Damage reduction and critical protection are insufficient to compensate for this, especially since the AC penalty applies to your whole body and DR and crit protection only apply to one area.

I suggest either changing the AC penalty to a dex penalty, capping the AC penalty at level 50, or just lowering it substantially.

I'll post some specific examples if I can find some....

Edit: Thanks Chilliwack
