the crashes started after a player was marked for really bad behaviour, i believe the instances are related, and if the mud comes back up, i'll probably be doing very mean, nasty things to said player.

very nasty *shudder* sometimes i scare even myself

that is what they said when the Jade code came in and it made things hell with pets and that was the reason why I quit playing before. Took me about 2-3 yrs before I came back. I hope this new coding does not make the game crappy like that did. Those that can remember that far back can remember how they had it where you couldn't level a pet if you were a tri-av and everything. Also some people don't like grouping preferring to do things solo to prove to yourself that you can do something. That is one reason why I don't think everything they promise about the new code not crashing or being as corrupt is always true. Sorry if this upsets some of you but that is how I feel about a pwipe.

So to recap, there is NO pwipe, there is NO code change, the crashes are most likely caused by someone who has found a specific way to crash it, if you find said person, well... *hands out free baseball bats

kk, but from my last check the pwipe is up to about 50/50 now and im betting some more will start to lean twards yes soon

ah, i forgot which thread i was in, but anyways, it was 50% of all people saying no, and thats not enough for Celeborn, he would have needed like 95+ percent of people all saying Yes.

didnt happen, so its not even a consideration now. And technically, never was actually a consideration, i posted that for my own knowledge, Celeborn never really asked about a pwipe, reimbursement or otherwise.

ok, so there is going to be no pwipe, i kinda knew that from day 1, i was just hoping for it. but im wondering, is there going to be another patch any time soon?
