It's 90 for just those 3 runes. Although there are casters who could manage it (I believe Quintos was able to), it is highly inefficient.

i dont see how, you could pierce everyones mr with that. also, you could take out the cie and go vamp :p

Inefficient as in a waste of a spell...way too weak for the complexity. And it would not pierce any half decent character's MR anyway.
