I would like to make a call for more races, perhaps make vampire a race you can start off as, an unbloodpurgeable one, but with a higher bloodpool than the viral Vampires...give them higher base stats for str/dex/cha less con. Give them powers that they can buy during epic levels. Sort of like pure bloods and half-breeds kinda deal.
And institute werewolves, they're uberly cool. And they could have pretty much same kinda deal as vampires, but more base str/dex/con less cha. with abilities for buying at epic levels.

I think werewolf would have to be more than just werewolves or else theyd basically turn out to basically just be trolls...I think. I'd suggest having multiple were forms. Perhaps either like human's starsigns or just have them able to morph at will (which would basically just make them pure shapeshifting druids with extra skills I think). I do like the ideas of both vampires and werewolves though, but I do think the current races should be balanced before more are brought in.
What would the wererace mean for the druid class though. It would basically be a (better) version of the shapeshift spell, one of the few druid spells which I see actively used.
well, A) it's not like the wereform would get to have the benefits of all those animals, they'd just get the one, Druids can choose any. course, they can only go to the animal form, where as were's get a base race, a base animal, and a combo of the two.

I would like to see some old races brought back...because i want to play as some other races, the only to races i use are orc and dwarf (1 orc, and 3 dwarfs) I would like to see at least some of them if not i understand
The old races should not come back. Sure, I'd like to have my half-celestial back, and I'd love a half-fiend and a zion, but they went extinct, having one of the few that are left is a badge of veteranship. Although it was a sad day when the old races left, they should never be brought back, in my opinion.
Also possibly abilities the wereform would have. One I remember from when talking on ooc/avtalk of the classes was the example of Weretiger +str, +dex, autohide/sneak, but that the autohide/sneak would only function on some terrain...A weretiger walking down the streets of Tarsonis isn't autohidden.
Yeah I also mentioned talking about abilities, right in the first thing I put in here, maybe epic buy some neato abilities, but have some ones you get during leveling up.

er i couldnt help notice quintos saying that old races are a sign of veteranship.......yes and no, cos sure we have old people like umm dakary who's a zion and has played through the years, but then you get random low level people who quit the game at level 11 on a half-celestial and come back now but know nothing about the game AT ALL cos they quit so long ago......doesnt seem like a veteran to me
nah im not saying delete all the old characters, what i meant is that it's not right to just assume that because someone has a half-race or old race that it's a sign of veteranship, use your noodle at times
