Dark Legacy mud (up or down)

We should keep track if the mud going down (non-playable). Celeborn and the other caretakers should have the power to reboot the mud or someone that Celeborn can trust and bestow the command to reboot the mud to run promptly. IF you feel that the mud is down or you feel like putting your input here about it. Please do so

The mud is down. It went down for a reboot and never came up again. That was 3hrs and 46 mins ago at the time of this posting.

Our mud host had some problems causing the scripts responsible for restarting to be ignored

It should be fixed now.
