Hmm.. When I came to think of it, for a 5+ years duration I would say IRE's muds, they dont suffer alot of whimping but their whole concept is pay to play... Their longvity comes from the PVP mainly and player interaction, conflicts, they had 'whimping' of classes but its was merely to balance the P...

Acid spit, i have nothing to say because i don't use it, nor have i ever. With ooze all attacks act as if imbuned with an ois rune, therefore no other types... Read the information on ooze. Ancestries have nothing to do with how much criticals you can deal. the weapon critical is dependant on the material not the ancestry. No ancestry is 10x stronger. None. never. You suggest not even 1/5 of an idea and neglect to answer all of the variables. You're going to need to deal with Word, astral, teleport, flee, where, track, and anything else, you can't just say "If it's aproblem we'll deal with it" It's going to be a problem. Address all of those issues...
