i just bought a black 30gb ipod for $65 today ^.^
yea, it is slightly used but still in great condition, rather have a good used one then spend $350

The reason that I believe it is legit is because I have seen multiple national news sources showing that is legit. I am sure something this big would have something out there telling us this isn't legit. If you click on my second link. There is a link to a video that talks about how the iPod deal is legit. |

You got to figure that an Ipod likely only takes about a couple bucks to manufacture, if that. The initial investment in developement, tooling and machines has likely already been paid for a hundred fold. Right now, ipods can be made a dime a dozen. |

4.
