Races
I'm happy with the freedom the large number of DL races bestows so i'm migrating them to Ashmaran. Disregarding their abilities, are there any additional races you would suggest?

also, do something about constructs. Their description is greatly misleading. When i picked construct as my race, i had no idea that i couldnt eat. the description never said that i couldnt eat. only said that i didnt NEED to eat. Also, the description never said anything about construct not being able to drink and quaff. I think you should either change the description or allow constructs to eat and drink. I suggest allow constructs to eat and drink.
a bit off topic. we already have machines that can convert food into energy. so, maybe constructs can do this as well
It's called biotechnology

Merpeople =P I feel there is a serious lack of underwater races in DL, I also think for Ashmaran we should be trying to get cultures in all sorts of areas, ie
Land: Human, etc
Underground: Drow, Dwarves, etc
Sky: Winged elves? Birds =P etc (flying cities?)
Water: Merpeople, Lizardmen? etc
Lava: Flames (living fire? XD)

LAVA TROLL!!!! Or we could incorperate a version of the gorons from zelda, the rock eating behemoths that live in and around volcanos.
As for the skies, maybe harpy type things.
Flying cities could be held up by millions of working pixies. Like a bunch of hamsters on their running wheels producing power so shall we have pixies flying to keep the cities above others.

Oh, throwing out ideas here, maybe depending on your race you'll be more accepted into certain areas? Such as if you're an orc you'll be accepted into an orcish area or more "evil" area, but walk into an elvish relm and you'll be attacked on sight.
On that note, to keep people from destroying entire cities for the hell of it, add guards maybe? Extreamly powerful so only the best would have a 1% chance of getting through. Or have it a pvp standpoint if someone who's not of your kind or accepted by your kind walks into an area that you're in, an echo/yell appears and then you're allowed to kill that person/thing.
IE: Lingolas comes in from the north - "TROLL!!!!" - then lingolas has a pvp flag attached on to him as long as he's in the area.

I think you missed a bit of what I was saying.
Sneak attack would not be a command that you type in, it would function like enhanced damage.
Thus it could also go off on a circle, or any other combat ability.
This could be a cool idea to add to the Ashmaran forum for a new race bonus. Shadow race perhaps has this ability of the sneak attack, but have it based on an evasion roll after an attack. if you successfully evade into the shadows then you have your sneak attack roll before your next attack. if it rolls successful then you hit with your sneak attack dmg (unaffecting balance) and then your actual command of attack (say for example, thrust or multistrike). the percents on the rolls chances of success to be adjusted to make it an appropriately fair bonus for the race.
