Is Stealth sufficient? overpowered? underpowered?

Any rogue with a blackjack, currently not in combat, can knock people
out for a short duration. You can't blackjack someone who is aware of
you.

Want to subdue without killing? Config +subdue. All critical hits are
disabled to prevent you triggering bleeding. When you drop someone to
1 hitpoint, they are subdued for a few rounds, lying incapacitated.

obviously it'll be dependant on whatever your skill is in the skill that you're using the skill of, 'cause it's a skill.
