Food crafts are pretty much neglected, except for juice.. well thats useless now too(but another discussion). Anyway, some ideas for food effects. The boost (str, dex, etc) would last about 3 minutes and only 1 food boost at a time and does not stack. (ie can't get 15 str boost). The affect would only come from exceptional qualities. These would of course give trolls/ogre an additional bonus for their size to make up for the -25% magic complexity. The stats boost would go over 50 (or 60 crowned) base stats to make it useful for all players. Affect would show something like [food ; 3:00]

7 Cakes +10% slash/pierce/blunt resistance (90% cap applies)

If someone has ideas to fill in the blacks, go for it. An example is blueberry roll which would give 5% HP recovery. It's odd that we have bugs for indgredients... but they're available... I guess like in Japan bugs are common ingredients/snacks. Yummy!
