it would be a headache
this would either involve zeraphin having to be on top of those who are JC members, and those who are not - or -
- if it was open to anyone, it would involve alot of moderating to clean up the noteboard everytime someone didnt like being punished for a crime.
- and seeing their name up there would be more than they could bear to /not/ make a statement.
And having to listen to crap from people who just wanted to toss their 2 cents worth of information in would be a pain
JC members jail criminals, then judge according to what was done, they dont pick durations, they only pick the sentences they are given to use.
