but yea, it would take you alot more to even get one good map then a whole bunch of easier ones (just like staineds are now) and the IMMs are bot checking alot lately, so i doubt many people would get far...

Not really, people can set noise to their computers so it bings when someone uses say or tell or whisper, etc, prompting them to come to their computer..

That's true. You could trigger a word maybe..

But I think it's pointless to have a higher level of chest, the only thing it does is tell people which maps to search for and which not to, when they should be searching more often and finding less.

true.. but i still think if you put random good items in even the worst chests people would look for the majority of them :)

I like the "Map of Knowledge", the "Invisible Map", the "Wet Map", "Map of Mysteries", "Map of the Scholars", "Decaying Map", "Papyrus Map", and "Legendary Map".
Haha, I can just imagine some of the descriptions now. =p
I kind of like the idea of certain maps bringing certain items. For Example: The "Map of Knowledge" may lead to tomes, books, or maybe something else. Or the "Map of Mysteries" may be a very complicated or confusing map the is of high level and may take the finding of extra pieces or multiple chests with extra clues to get to the end. Maybe even confusing, like edge of the world maps and possibly having to dig under a mountain to get to the map.(I'm sure you've had to deal with that before.) Or maybe it is guarded by something.
-shrug- Just an idea.
