Differences in Speed should be taken into account, I'm thinking particularly while following someone who's mega hasted and you're not.
For instance two people walking at their normal pace, but the first one has 100 haste and the second one has 50 speed. Though the first is walking at the same "pace" as the second, since he has higher speed, his actions go faster, though to him it's a normal pace, and so he covers twice as much ground as person 2 in the same amount of time. So if I'm leading in epics and a new epiccer has half my haste, I'd have to make sure to go slower so that he keeps up and doesn't get left behind.

What about Nis's Rogue Dash?
I know that Nis's Rogue Dash III means instant movement room movement...So how would that be taken into account?

maybe if you were wearing those speed wouldn't be a factor?
