 Post subject: Rogues and escape

I would like to see rogues and rangers able to escape battles better than other classes. Rogues and rangers are good for hit and run tatics so it would make sense if they can escape battle more often than the rest. Aafterall, rangers are supposed to be survivors so they too should be able to escape battles easily.

This is kinda scary, but I agree with you. They're supposed to be better known for dexterity and agility which in itself sounds like speed and ease in motion. But then in theory we'd have to also do the same for magic users...in theory they're known for hanging back in a battle and fleeing if the battle gets too close to them... Perhaps different degrees of escape for all classes?

Isn't your flee success tied to range?


I'd find it much easier to flee with a warrior being 150 feet back than with a mage in melee.

Yep it usually is tied to range...Hence why i said the thing about magic users. In theory, they'd be set back further and flee faster cause that's what their class does usually. But DL is whacked out. Our magic users are wielding crazy weapons and leaping into the battle, so that's not gonna work either :(

well this idea is from the lich race. I think we should add a class weakness like S-Slash on mage and so on. This would apply to multiclasses as well. Its not a soild idea but go with it. maybe we can tweak it. :D
