Post subject:  Boons

I have been treasure hunting for the past few months now, and have not found a Boon. Thus I have rendered you cannot get them from treasure map chests anymore? I really think they should be put back into the game, because it made a real impact on the whole economy of dl. Even if they are rarer then the already really rare ultra runes, it would still be a great astonishment to see a boon pop up in your chest. I think the way the formula should be set up is as follows, or closely related to it.

Have all kinds of boons: Tax, Fame, Honor, Experience, Glory, Favor, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Map, Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, Charisma, Luck, and best and rarest of all, Level

Tax- 100k gold to tax box for citadel

Fame- give 1 point of fame, which will stand for something later in the game

Honor- give 1 point of honor, which will stand for something later in the game

Experience- give specific amount of experience, maybe 1000, to that player

Glory- 10 glory points

Favor- completely fill you favor level, or if already at 2500, raise to 3000 temporarily

Gold- give a High amount of gold when saced, like 30k

Silver- give a Medium amount of gold when saced, like 20k

Bronze- give a Small amount of gold when saced, like 10k

Map- give a random map when saced, (kind of rare) :?:

Strength- temporarily add +5 strength (rare)

Dexterity-temporarily add +5 dexterity (rare)

Constitution- temporarily add +5 constitution (rare)

Intelligence- temporarily add +5 Intelligence (rare)

Charisma- temporarily add +5 charisma (rare)

Luck- temporarily add +5 luck (rare)

Level- automatically raise the players lvl by one, (Very Rare) :?:

If there are any objections to it, I would love for yall to post why. And please tell me if this sounds like a good formula. Or if you have any other feedback about it.

Thanks,
Shrouwder 8)

Edit:

Have a chance to get a Boon from all chests, just make it harder to get a boon on the easier chests.

childish map- Have like a real low chance of getting a boon
simple map- Have a low chance of getting a boon
stained map- Have a ok chance of getting a boon
tattered map- Have a better chance of getting a boon
cryptic map- Have the best chance to get a boon

Also, with the amount of coins we get in the chest, they could be lowered as they are whenever you find an Ultra Rune.

Example;

When you look inside, you see:
A small chest
---------------- --------------------- ----------------
capacity small condition pristine
size Medium value (gold) 2
weight (lb) 2
A small chest contains:
Treasure
(fine) 6041 gold coins
(Glowing) Fame Boon

[instead of]
When you look inside, you see:
A small chest
---------------- --------------------- ----------------
capacity small condition pristine
size Medium value (gold) 2
weight (lb) 2
A small chest contains:
Treasure
(fine) 8607 gold coins

Change it to 1-2 fame/honor on the fame/honor boons, and increase the glory to 10 on the glory boon

Gone to notice i love that boons are back in, but they seem te be a little more rare than i think they ought to be, it takes me about 150 maps to find one.. maybe if you added the bronze, silver, gold and maybe platinum boons it would make it more of a surprise :)

 platinum=60k
 maybe have pieces of boons
