I pondered over which forum was the correct place for this, and at length decided that since it's somewhat an idea, that I might as well stick it here.

I remade a character today, who was a troll, and is now a pixie. As a troll I obtained the trait twisted (under physique), but when I remade as a pixie, twisted wasn't available as a trait.

In my opinion there's no reason why a pixie shouldn't be able to have the trait twisted. Any race should have the option of having most traits, unless they're vastly out of sync with the race. Of course trolls shouldn't have wing traits, and non-phasians can't have sigil traits. But maybe these could be looked over a bit? Especially now with the race patch coming and whatnot.

Then again, maybe I'm missing some important reason why pixies shouldn't be twisted, in that case, feel free to fill me in. :P

Well the question really is if the actual trait lists for the races could be looked over, more traits made available for all the races, and only the really out of balance traits (i.e. wing traits on trolls etc) be left as is.

Being a twisted pixie isn't really the issue now, that character is no longer a pixie anyways. :P

whenever you want something added to the trait list, post here, and other players may respond to your message with agreements or disagreements, at which time i will make my decision on whether to include it to the trait list.

I would like to petition to add "wing" traits back into the game. Anybody with me on this?

I agree with Dyona that only creatures with wings should have the wing trait. Certain creatures like Pixies and Winged Elves. Also if your under the Dragon ancestry.
