What about eggs being tied to the values? Isn't that a good way of telling whats inside? Can post egg values to different kinds?

Curious where you got the values on the granite eggs. Hatch them all yourself? My records do not match yours on those.

I agree. Is it that each value has a percent chance to spawn a specific type or is it exactly one? I need to hatch more eggs. I really havn't found anything deifinitive.

i hatched all but the granite eggs myself, and most of them i hatched 5 or 6 times each. i have found that the egg value shows you exactly what pet it will be. it will not change unless a caretaker changed it for some odd reason(not likely)

Are some pets exactly the same or more/less the same... for example
Clay Grub and Gravel Worm? Aren't these both value 0 fossilized eggs?
