What about the possibility of say....being able to raid the nests of certain mobs in order for a chance to find an egg? Make the level difficulty reflective of pet, as well as % to pop.

did they try the flee command? Did they try grouping with others?

we are talking about dark legacy right?

there is a general inability for players to flee, even if they are told to flee, they will not, but will rather opt to wait there, ooc'ing for heals, and waiting for their inevitable death.

And, for the select few people who do flee, they sit there and wait until the mob tracks them into the new room, rather than continue moving through the map.

I flee and run like a scared little half-ling when I'm about to die >.>

Unless I'm tanking then I tell the others to flee, which they rarely do. odd. YOu would think that when the tank is telling the others to run they would know why.

the wild encounters were a little on the rough side, but yeah, it was mostly just people who didnt know anything.

i think if the wild encounters came back in, but were made a tiny bit less common, they would be fine.

(they can stay just as strong as they were)

I personally liked the wild encounters. Believe I was the only one to _ACTUALLY_ figure out that the mobs had hidden nests in the rooms to be searched for. Told a few of the old hands about it, but by the time we had a team of 'turtle dragon' egg hunters the nest mobs were remove due to whiners.

I would love to see wild encounters again. However I personally believe that the nest should not nessacarily ALWAYS be popped. Also, like treasure maps, the nest might be hidden in a nearby room, not the actual room. :) Just my little ideas, would have been to easy to farm eggs otherwise (given a strong group of hunters).

raising and breeding fish

since some of us have our own plane of existence, it would be nice if we can catch wild fish and then raise them in our own plane of existence.

Hmm....I want the seas of my plane to be populated by sea monsters

Nests are good, they really should be brought back. You could also introduce new, rare or unique pets through nests instead of auction.

I might be convinced to come back and play if I could have my very own Loch Ness Monster :)
