([:| Lords of Rotkarf |:]): We are now at war with The Akatsuki!

Alright, so what this is:
Me and Avieus had a chat, and we would like to open the opportunity of PVP to peacie characters, however with some restrictions.
We have set the Akatsuki and Lords to war with one another, the reason is it gives all guild members within these two guilds the chance to show their worth at any given moment.

The Rules; we've decided, since most people did go peacie for a reason, we are laying down some ground rules.

1.) All lowbies/noobies are required to duel
strictly within a 10 level range, unless both parties have approved this, pre duel.

2.) All triavs are required to not commence a random battle unless within 150 levels of the opposing character.

3.) Random Fights are allowed, however frowned upon. Most fights should be pre-arranged, or pre-thought in some way, or maybe just to take anger out on one another.

4.) Never fight someone that is AFK, any form of being afk that includes botting <insert god here or lack of> forbid, ANY incident of this, even accidental, if reported, will mean immediate removal, and probably a corpserot. Aren't we nice?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This should be looked at more like a friendly sport more than anything else, it's a safe alternative to the arena which is buggy, and also is great because you can ally chat with the opposing guild.

so you are depending upon a players 'honour' or 'code of conduct' to obey these rules? :)
More rules an admin will need to enforce ? :P

theres always bad players who could care less about rules, if it's not controlled by code, it never will work.

don't you guys still have a pk port to dark legacy? :)

Nobody plays the pk port of dark-legacy because nobody likes dying and losing everything because of it.

the point is not to go awol, and we hope people understand this... you cant just go off and kill everyone, they went peacie for a reason, and we must respect that under a permanent war.

Duels, challenges, if two players get upset with eachother, or roleplay battles all can be fought easier this way.

and we dont need the immortals to 'enforce' this activity, as there is high level, ie. e1000+ chars on both sides that have agreed to do the moderating of this 'event'.

If one also is to go crazy and kill a bunch of people, we will not act and retaliate against them without the permission of the people they did attack, if they do not care, or do not want them to be corpserotted, then we wont.

its really simple, dont **** up, or we'll **** you up.

I want imms to look away from this, we dont need your help or attention to do this, we've proved that by it surviving this far with NO imm support, as there is no active imms.
