this happens to me alot, and i dont think its the mud, at all

see, whenever i lag+then disconnect, like you describe, msn kicks off at the same time, i get disconnected from msn and dl

so i think its got something to do with msn.

thinking about it, my msn has been taking up craploads of memory recently. maybe theres some kind of spyware or something on it, and i know zmud also takes up quite a bit of ram, so maybe they kinda screw eachother and disconnect? i donno, im just speculating.

It isn't msn, at the EXACT time the lag-kick was happening i was already on msn and it was perfectly fine...its not msn or my net connection(cause msn woulda been kicked off too if it was the connection) its the game

Just to point out, it could also be your mud client or PC. I haven't had any cases of major lag/kick in a looong time.

It couldn't possibly my computer or client because i've used both for nearly a year on dark-legacy and never had a problem unless it was the game or the internet was freaking out (<---when i was still living in louisville in kentucky fyi)

No. It happens to a bunch of us all at once. I don't think its DL's fault, rather a router on the way that a lot of us happen to be connected to.
